European Heritage Estates, EHE, buys beautiful historical buildings in Italy and carefully restores them. EHE cooperates with Italian architects and other professionals who have worked with similar projects for many years.

EHE's projects are situated in the eastern part of Italy. It is a scenic area with unlimited opportunities for taking part in cultural events, experiment with gastronomy, go for hikes, look for truffles, swim, mountain bike, paraglide or ski in the winter. There are not many tourists in the area, and prices in restaurants are very reasonable.
