The Italian BelArte has given written consent to contribute with app. 200,000.- EUR, when the raw building is finished and approved because of the buildings great historical importance.

The palace is without a doubt the most beautiful and interesting building in the area. Based on a foundation from the 15th century, the building dates from 1880 and is built in the Venetian Gothic style. The entrance to a small, sunny garden goes through a couple of wrought iron gates with lion masks made of bronze (the town arms of Venice).
