Once EHE has finished the restoration of the monastery Benedetto in Montefiore, it will contain 11 tastefully restored one or two room apartments with an approximate size of 95 square meters. Two buildings close to the monastery will contain one and two flats respectively. The buildings will be surrounded by a newly planted garden with a shared barbecue area and a swimming pool with a special pool for children.
