European Heritage Estates, EHE, buys beautiful historical buildings in the Marche Region in Italy and carefully restores them. EHE cooperates with Italian architects and other professionals who have worked with similarprojects for many years.

EHE'sprojects are situated in the mid-eastern part of Italy. It is a scenicarea with unlimited opportunities for taking part in cultural events, experiment with gastronomy, go for hikes, look for truffles, swim, mountain bike, paraglide or ski in the winter. There are not many tourists in the area, and prices in restaurants are very reasonable.
